Located in the region of Bouficha-Hergla about 100km from Tunis and 40km from Sousse and Hammamet, the new airport platform (5,700ha) was meant to share with Tunis Carthage (5 million passengers) and Monastir (3.5 million passengers) airports air transportation to the Cap Bon and Sousse Region.
