The objective of Tunis Financial Port detailed Development Plan is to create a high-quality urban development to house an international finance center. The 517ha area site is planned to become a financial hub in North Africa. This new development on the seafront is designed to become an autonomous district based on a financial center offering international companies a high-quality operational center.
