The project consisted in conducting the design of general infrastructure of about 60ha in the north-east area of Tunis Lake Northern Bank. The future population of this area was estimated at 120,000 inhabitants with a potential built-up area of 2.8 million square meters meeting all the needs of an autonomous city.
