The project is a mixed-use real estate complex for offices and shops located at Les Bananiers, Mohammadia area in Algiers on a 2ha site. It houses three 16 floor high-rise buildings (HRB) with an individual area of 9,500m2, a covered 28,000m2 commercial and sports center and two 12,500m2 floors of parking space.
